Order delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Our goal is to provide the best value and fastest shipping times from our distribution center.

These estimates are based on orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday and products in stock.

Delivery method and tracking
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number. You can check the shipping status of your order by logging into My Account and using your order number. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can track it on the carrier's website (depending on the courier service). After your order ships from our warehouse, please allow one to two business days for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers may not be active until the carrier updates the tracking status.

Tracking not updated? Sometimes packages don't scan as expected due to technical issues, peak shipping volumes, or human error. You can be sure your order has been delivered if we have sent you notification that your order has shipped and provided you with a tracking number. The system will be updated the next time a package is scanned. Unfortunately, during busy periods Royal Mail tracking may not be updated until after delivery.

Undeliverable package
Sometimes orders are returned undeliverable because they are declined, unclaimed, or returned with an incorrect shipping address. If this happens, you can resend the package. If you no longer want your order, the value of the items will be refunded, less any costs incurred by the carrier in returning the package to us. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Due to an incorrect address we will require you to pay a £5 administration fee to resend your returned order.

Not at home to receive the goods
If a package is delivered and you are not present, a card may be left asking you to pick up the package at your local post office. You have the option to enter a shipping address to have your order delivered to your work address.

No shipping date
Please note that Conceive Plus does not ship on public holidays and your order may take an additional 1-2 days to arrive after a public holiday.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries which may be affected by customs, natural events, shipping strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any additional costs, customs or charges once the parcel has left the UK. If you are not satisfied with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.
